The Hub’s Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee, led by Prof Xiaojing Hao, comprises team members from multiple nodes, and represents the diversity of cultures, ages, roles and genders within the Hub.
The EDI committee strives to ensure Hub culture and values are embedded within Hub operations and culture through policy, training programs and other activities. Its priorities — guided by a member input — are tied to four key areas:
